Long claimed land owned by unknowing
fading tributes to countless moments of countless
instants of existence
reflect the light off lifeless moon
from the mirror of midnight dew
Marble angels serve to mock the dead below with the
stone tears they drop

molded in greed
Mark subterraneal decomposition of dying cells
which can't know their fate
